If you are a club member and would like to cancel your membership, please click the button below! If you are cancelling your membership, please submit this form at least seven days prior to your renewal date.

  • Please visit the cashier window at any Rocket Wash location to update your credit card.

  • Please visit the cashier window at any Rocket Wash location to update your license plate.

    • Log in to the customer portal using the button above

    • Find your car with the membership you want to cancel

    • Click the blue “EDIT” button on the right side of the screen

    • Look at the bottom of the “Membership Details” column, and click the red “CANCEL MEMBERSHIP” button
